Hi! I'm Caroline, a Senior Designer / Art Director currently based in Austin, TX.
I was born and raised in Dallas, where my love of the arts began. While I’ve always had a passion for visual arts, I grew up studying classical ballet; this led to my attendance at a renowned Arts magnet high school, which exposed me to all flavors of creatives. I later moved to NYC to study at Parsons the New School for Design, where I graduated in 2013 with a BFA in Communication Design.
After starting as an intern at Nickelodeon/Nick Jr., I wrapped up my 10-year career there as Senior Digital Designer + Associate Art Director in 2023. Throughout my decade at Nickelodeon, I had the absolute joy of being on award-winning teams (Emmy, Promax, Cynopsis, Webby, Kidscreen—just to name a few 💁🏻♀️).
I’ve since started a new chapter as part of the Scholastic Book Fairs team, where I’m currently the Digital Art Director. In this role, I oversee our website, emails, paid social, and other digital campaigns + marketing collateral, as well as manage a small team of talented designers. It is a unique delight to be able to bring books to kids, and to experience that sweet hit of Book Fair nostalgia every single day!
When I’m not working, I’m probably eating tacos and watching TV with my beloved cats, Blip & Clementine.
